Required Documents

Upon check-in, you are required to present a valid ID Card. Please ensure you bring the required document in hard copy for our administration records.

Deposit

A security deposit of IDR 50,000 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts payment via cash or debit card. This deposit is refundable upon checkout, subject to a room inspection.

Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults throughout their stay and during the check-in process.

Breakfast Information

  • Service Hours: Breakfast is provided from 07:00 – 10:00.
  • Extra Breakfast: Additional breakfast vouchers can be purchased for IDR 100,000 per guest.

Smoking Policy

To maintain a fresh environment and for the safety of our wooden structures, smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas. Smoking inside the rooms or tents is strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy

To ensure the comfort of all visitors and the local ecosystem, pets are not allowed within the accommodation area.
